Sessions are 30 - 60 minutes, online via Zoom. You don't need to prepare. You don't need to share details about what you're working with unless you want to. Your consciousness already knows what needs attention.
We settle in. You orient to what you'd like to feel different, whether vaguely or specifically.
I guide you through a sequence of breath, awareness, and consent to support your nervous system in accessing your innate wellbeing. You stay you the whole time.
We anchor the deeper capacity and wellbing in your body, paired with a physical touch point that becomes a "speed dial" you can access anytime.
Shifts often continue unfolding for days and weeks afterward. You leave with your touch breath, simple guidance, and a follow-up rhythm.
